Our Enchilada sauce brings a new dimension to Mexican food, adding a light smoky taste without any chilli heat. This is the 1st of our Mother – must have sauces in our range.
Ingredients
Tomato, onion, salt, mild smoked chilli powder.
Cooking Tips
For use primarily with beef, lamb and goat. Mix through your shredded meat to add a rich smoked Mexican flavour or smother on top of your enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese before baking.
